I can totally understand you. Thats why i love the android phones, they seem easier to s-off, and root, but i always wondered what it would be like to have an iphone.

Most apps just seem prettier on an iphone, whereas a lot of android apps are a pure pile of unintentional half ass pixel art. No consistency like on the iphone in terms of graphics...

Hope you get the Jailbreak soon :)

Dear Matt

I have been having server problems for one year now, hosting my sites on hostmonster. Initially I thought these problems were associated to WP plugins. But even empty sites load extremely slow. In fact, hostmonsters own servers load very very slow when I try to access my account and cPanel.
I have followed all directives to try and resolve this issue, to repair and optimize my databases, but nothing works.

It appears customers are complaining that the CPU usage show in excess. You have tried to resolve this problem already in 2008. Well, my site, which is not even commercially active, show the same high CPU throttle that others are complaining about. Maybe or maybe not this is the issue. Whatever it is it needs to be resolved.

Please have this issue resolved. Myself and many other customers will simply have to find another hosting company to transfer to if it is not resolved, since the issues affect the sites quite a bit from google ranking to access.

I fear God more than I fear man.

Maybe some people are patriotic, but as far as this action goes, it sounds too much like the idolatry that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego refused to do in Daniel 3:15-18, for which Nebuchadnezzar threw them into the fiery furnace.

When you look at the what the law of the land is in the US Code about how the flag must be treated, and that the law says it's a living thing, and also what Marc pointed out above, it may understandably sound too much like idolatry for some people... the flag being made an idol.

Like in Daniel, it is basically illegal in the U.S. not to idolize the flag. We're just not being thrown in a fiery furnace for it... yet.

Just like in Dan 3:15, when you hear the music, you're supposed to worship it. No. Theirs was signaled by music too, and it's too much the same.

I’ve only recently signed up to Bluehost. Had I read this post (and the Walmart one) beforehand I would not have proceeded. The cost of hosting here is peanuts so I could continue with no problem but I’ve decided I don’t like the attitudes displayed in these post so I’m off. Bye!

BetterLinux rocks.

I was so sick of managing system resource problems it's not even funny. Have turned a few of my friends on to this as well and they are very thankful indeed!

Great work!

I have 12 sites running on Bluehost and have been a customer for more than 5 years. Within the last year performance has been slipping, and yes I do know what is attributable to what I am running vs. the total load on the server.

Within the last 30 days all of my sites have been dead in the water for at least an hour. I always get the same apologetic response from the live chat tech.

But now I am done. I am trying to run a business and clearly shared hosting with BlueHost is not up to that task. So I am off to find good VPS hosting, thanks Bluehost for the headache of needing to move a dozen sites.
