Christmas Time Is Here…

Well its Christmas Eve morning! Its also my birthday! I turn 35 today. I am actually quite a dinosaur in the hosting world. Most of my counterparts at different companies are 5-10 younger than I am. I won’t go on about a hosting topic today as today is a time to be with my family and NOT think about business or hosting. My thoughts about family extend to all of my employees at Bluehost hence we are closed today (Christmas Eve), and Christmas. The servers are still monitored during the holidays but regular support will not be available. I am sorry for the inconvenience this will cause some of you.

I want to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and encourage everyone to remember why we celebrate this festive holiday. Thanks to everyone for making this year at Bluehost our best ever. We look forward to 2007 with anticipation for many new features and services and a concerted effort to improve all things Bluehost.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

A merry Christmas to you too Matt (and a happy birthday) – and to all the other readers! As we remember this day, let’s not forget why Christ came to this earth – to save sinners (us)!

  3. Sven says:

And MARRY CHRISTMAS to you and your staff.

Keep up the good work, we depend on you!

    Hi Matt,

I did read this to late, but…
    Happy B-Day! (and Merry Xmas..)

Dinosaur? LOL No way! (you are as “old” as me)

Ok, you are maybe “that old guy with a C64 at home” or “that old one that started without internet”, but dinosaur?

As satisfied customer I can say that you are “the guy with a great company”. A company that – in my opinion – keeps improving and offers great services for those who want to be “online”.

    Keep up the good work

  5. Matt,

    MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I hope your birthday was wonderful and filled with love and joy and family.

Thanks for another great year at Bluehost! I’ve been with you for almost 3 years now and you can bet when my time comes up for renewal, that’s just what I’m going to do, RENEW! I just saw your front panel and WOW – made a quick phone call to say, “I want it!” As always, tech support was right on the ball and I’ll be up on a new server with all that space and bandwith by Jan.3, 2007.

I wish you and everyone at Bluehost a most successful year.

A very happy and satisfied customer,
    Beti

And le me say that I sure am glad I’m not in your line of work. At 37, I’d be really old. ;)

Matt. I just want to say I appreciate the fact that you actually say “Merry Christmas” unlike so many other companies this day and age that try to be politically correct and in turn deny the real reason for the season.

    Merry Christmas to you too.
May Grace and Peace be with your family for this year.
